Job Summary
Create and execute creative graphic designs for marketing print and digital materials to support brand initiatives. Collaborate with the brand team to deliver aligned visual content that enhances product promotion and brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the brand team to develop and deliver content that meets marketing objectives
- Conceptualize, visualize, and execute creative design ideas for existing and new products
- Design marketing print collaterals such as posters, brochures, advertisements, and label designs to engage target audiences
- Develop digital assets including eDMs, digital banners, and website visuals to support online campaigns
- Prepare simple marketing materials like POSM to enhance in-store brand visibility
- Create artwork for the brand's social media pages to maintain consistent brand identity
- Align all designs with brand requirements and guidelines to ensure visual consistency
- Prepare accurate working files optimized for digital, print, and production processes
- Manage multiple design projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Perform other ad-hoc design duties as assigned to support marketing efforts
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design
- Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of print production processes and colour management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Skills in video editing and motion graphics to enhance multimedia content
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetics for high-quality design output
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment
Other Information
- Work schedule: 5.5 days per week with alternate Saturdays
