- Conceptualize creative ideas and design to ensure the functionality of the company's marketing efforts.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to design and develop promotional materials (Flyers, Brochures, Posters, Vouchers, etc) that are aesthetically designed and visually desirable.
- Proposing design and developing visuals based on the project's aim and objective.
- Design event promotion & seasonal promotion packages for marketplaces.
- Social Media and website maintenance.
- Assist with account setup and ongoing optimization, including operating terms and product listings.
- Manage the day-to-day workflow and processes of marketplaces.
- Monitor products, sellers, and pricing on marketplaces.
- Work cross-functionally with all departments (including Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to address issues, ensure all systems are up to date, and more.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for website, marketplaces, and MAP train backup resources, as needed.
- Stay abreast of best practices for successful e-commerce branding, sales, and technology.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, in Art/Graphic Design/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Knowledge in photo shooting, video editing, and creative thinking will be an added advantage.
- Good learning attitude, independent as well as a team player.
- Initiative to take on responsibilities and attention to detail.

Salary Range:
$3300 to $3,800 per month
