Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at Dezign Format, you develop visual systems that support spatial storytelling. Your work contributes to exhibitions, events, and environments by translating narratives into graphics, typography, patterns, and visual elements integrated within space.

Your role sits at the intersection of concept, form, and execution, supporting projects from early design stages through to production development.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Concept Support

. Conceptualise, design, and produce graphics for spatial and exhibition projects.

. Collaborate with 3D designers and project teams to integrate graphics seamlessly into spatial designs.

. Participate in brainstorming sessions to align graphics with project narratives and objectives.

Design Development & Production

. Assist in selecting materials, finishes, and printing methods that complement design intent.

. Conduct quality checks and oversee production to ensure accurate execution.

. Ensure graphic deliverables meet design specifications and timelines.

Requirements

Experience & Background

. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

. Proven professional experience in graphic design, preferably in spatial or exhibition contexts.

Skills & Tools

. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

. Knowledge of 3D software is a plus.

. Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and design principles.

Soft Skills

. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

. Strong communication and presentation skills.
