What You'll Be Doing:

• Create key visuals, social media creatives, ad banners, and campaign materials

• Design marketing collaterals including branding, packaging, and promotional materials

• Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers to help them improve

• Work closely with marketing and video teams to ensure designs support campaign objectives

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a plus)

• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing creatives, and campaign visuals

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Figma)

• Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills

• Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail

• Comfortable guiding and supporting junior designers

• Positive mindset and open to feedback
