We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual composition, a passion for design, and the ability to bring ideas to life across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret design briefs to understand project objectives and requirements
- Conceptualise and develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts
- Create visual content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Design and produce marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines and project goals
- Present ideas and design concepts to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final deliverables
- Support the marketing team by contributing to campaign execution and completing assigned tasks
- Explore and propose creative content strategies for emerging platforms, including TikTok and others
- Basic video editing skills are preferred to support multimedia content development
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of social media trends and digital content creation
- Experience with basic video editing tools/software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) is a plus
