As our Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping BOM BOM's visual identity across both digital and physical touchpoints. You will conceptualise and create on-brand, high-quality design assets that strengthen our storytelling, enhance customer experience, and support marketing campaigns across all channels. Responsibilities
- Conceptualise, design and produce on-brand visual assets for digital and print, including:
- Social media graphics & carousels
- Digital ads
- Website banners and landing pages
- EDMs
- Product packaging & labels
- Banners, brochures, flyers and other printed materials
- Create engaging copy and schedule/post content on social media platforms
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual touchpoints (typography, colour palette, imagery, tone)
- Assist in product and pet photoshoots
- Collaborate with Marketing teammates to plan and execute content strategies and campaigns
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Canva is a plus
- Ability to optimise artwork for web, print, and paid ads (FB/IG/TikTok formats, bleed-safe print layouts, etc.)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design creativity and conceptual thinking
- Understanding of marketing funnels and basic UI/UX principles is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, good time management, and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
