Graphic Designer Assistant

Job Summary

Assist the design team by organizing and maintaining design assets and resources. Support the team with easy access to materials, files, and references to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Job Descriptions:

Organize

1. Catalog and label physical swatches and design assets.
2. Digitize and archive design files for easy access.

Maintain

1. Keep an up-to-date inventory of colors, materials, and variations.
2. Regularly update the design library for consistency.

Support

1. Develop an accessible reference system for the team.
2. Ensure easy access to design assets for all team members.

Requirements:

Education & Background:

- Current student or graduate in Graphic Design, illustration, Product Design, Fashion, Industrial Design, etc design related courses

Bonus (Nice-to-Have)

- Familiarity with color theory, textile swatches, or print/pattern development.

- Experience with spreadsheets, databases, or digital asset management systems
