Graphic Designer (AI-driven, Hospitality)

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer (AI-driven, Hospitality) to join our team. In this role, you will conceptualise and execute creative designs across our diverse portfolio of F&B brands and outlets, supporting marketing campaigns, restaurant revamps, new launches, and day-to-day creative needs, while working closely with the Marketing team and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce creative assets for both digital and print platforms, including menus, posters, social media content, EDMs, packaging, signage, and promotional materials.
• Support restaurant revamps and new outlet launches through branding, visual identity development, and in-store design collaterals.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual standards across all outlets and marketing touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Management teams to bring creative concepts and campaigns to life.
• Prepare artwork and production-ready files for print vendors, suppliers, and external contractors.
• Assist in photography direction, mood boards, content styling, and visual storytelling for campaigns and launches.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated with design, hospitality, and social media trends to contribute fresh and innovative creative ideas.
• Maintain and organise creative assets, design files, and brand materials.
• Support the team in ad hoc creative projects and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative roles (experience in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus).
• You use AI daily and view AI as a massive creative and productivity opportunity. You have dabbled and created with the latest models, tools and platforms - Midjourney, RunwayML, Higgsfield, TopazLabs, Grok, NanoBanana, Kling, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, typography, layout, and social media design work.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and visual storytelling.
• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of print production and file preparation processes.
• Photography, videography, or content creation skills will be an added advantage.
