The Opportunity: We are seeking an Art Director (AI-driven, Hospitality) to both set the creative vision and bring it to life across our diverse portfolio of F&B brands and outlets. This is a hands-on role for someone with sharp taste and an obsessive eye for craft, and who understands that AI is now core infrastructure for creative work, not a side tool. Working closely with internal teams, you will design campaigns, restaurant revamps and new brand worlds, and harness AI to shorten production timelines without compromising on quality.

Key Responsibilities:

. Design and produce creative assets across digital and print platforms - menus, posters, social media content, EDMs, packaging, signage and promotional materials - while setting the art direction that ensures every output reflects a sharp, considered aesthetic.

. Lead branding and visual identity development for restaurant revamps and new outlet launches, from concept through to in-store execution.

. Set and safeguard visual standards and brand consistency across all outlets and marketing touchpoints, acting as the final gatekeeper of creative quality.

. Build and continuously refine an AI-driven creative workflow - using the latest generative tools to dramatically increase output speed and iteration quality across concepting, mood boarding, asset production and content creation.

. Partner closely with the Marketing, Operations and Management teams to translate business priorities into strong creative concepts and campaigns.

. Direct photography, styling and visual storytelling for campaigns and launches, briefing and reviewing external photographers, videographers and vendors where needed.

. Personally prepare production-ready artwork and files for print vendors, suppliers and external contractors, maintaining exacting quality control on your own output.

. Manage multiple high-stakes design projects simultaneously, protecting both speed and craft in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

. Stay ahead of design, hospitality, AI and social media trends, and translate them into fresh, differentiated creative ideas for the portfolio.

. Maintain and organise creative assets, design files and brand materials as a single source of truth.

Qualifications:

. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, branding or art direction, with a track record of owning creative output end-to-end (experience in F&B, hospitality or lifestyle brands is a plus).

. Excellent, hands-on command of Photoshop and Illustrator, and comfortable working in Canva.

. AI-native: you use AI daily, treat it as a core creative and productivity lever, and have real hands-on fluency across the latest models, tools and platforms - Midjourney, RunwayML, Higgsfield, TopazLabs, Grok, NanoBanana, Kling and others - to move faster without sacrificing quality.

. An exceptional, sharp portfolio demonstrating strong art direction, branding, typography, layout and social-first design - not just execution, but a clear point of view and taste.

. An uncompromising eye for aesthetics, detail and visual storytelling, with the judgement to know when something isn't good enough yet.

. Proven ability to deliver at speed - making fast, confident creative decisions and producing high-quality work under tight timelines.

. Strong organisational and time management skills, able to direct multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality.

. Ability to work independently and set direction, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

. Solid understanding of print production and file preparation processes.

. Photography, videography or content direction experience will be a strong advantage.
