Job Description

Our client, a well-known fashion company, is currently hiring for a Graphic Design Manager. This role will lead and manage the graphic design function, providing creative direction and guidance and oversight across print, digital, social media, packaging and web e-commerce and in-store touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Lead and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and guidelines.
Oversee the creation and approval of marketing, campaign, digital, editorial, and promotional assets, ensuring high-quality, impactful, and brand-consistent execution.
Drive the development of creative concepts for campaigns, events, and digital experiences, translating business objectives into engaging and commercially effective visual solutions.
Manage and mentor the design team, optimise workflows, adopt emerging technologies (including AI tools), and continuously improve creative processes and asset management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest creative and brand standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Digital Design, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in graphic design and visual branding, including team leadership or people management responsibilities.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise across digital, social media, print, campaigns, and multimedia design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other digital design tools, with solid knowledge of branding, UI/UX, video, and multimedia design.
Experienced in delivering integrated marketing and creative campaigns across digital, print, and retail channels, with familiarity in AI-powered design tools and emerging creative technologies.
