You will assist in processing grant applications and support ongoing sanitation policies. You will be responsible for the following:

• ground-level engagement through conducting one-to-one outreach to potential applicants,
• explain grant requirements and eligibility criteria,
• performing preliminary verification of grant applications, including site visits
• ensure accuracy and completion of documents by applicants
• manage communications and clarifications (particularly where language barriers exist) with applicants and other stakeholders
• support applicant in meeting grant requirements
• Any other assigned tasks

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean
• At least Degree in any field
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Prior working experience in grants processing and public engagement would be an advantage
