Bepart of the Marketing team to plan and deliver integrated marketing campaignsfor assigned projects, including managing media buys and creatives, and workingwith our agencies and partners.

REPORTS TO: Manager, Marketing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, deliver and monitor integrated marketing campaigns for assigned projects across digital and offline channels, including media buys, setting up ad campaigns, preparing creatives, budgeting, monitoring timelines and working with our agencies and partners.
- Support the Marketing Manager in monitoring campaign performance, including working with our paid media agency to optimise campaign outcomes.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage the production and timely delivery of print collaterals.
- Support website and social media content production and updates
- Join Marketing colleagues for filming and photography at rehearsals
- Undertake Front-of-House duties for events where rostered
REQUIREMENTS
- A recognised university degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Energetic,pro-active, adaptable and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork, within the department and across the organisation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Canva and Adobe Photoshop is considered an advantage
- Confidence in working with data and generating actionable insights is a plus.
- Able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends when required
