Graduate Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking passionate and highly motivated Fresh Graduates to join our AI & Machine Learning Engineering team supporting a leading global Wealth Management organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions that help transform how financial institutions interact with data, knowledge, and clients.

As part of the AI/ML Engineering team, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI solutions, including Natural Language Processing (NLP), Semantic Search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), and Foundation Models built on proprietary enterprise data.

You will undergo structured training and work alongside experienced AI engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to build enterprise-grade AI solutions for Wealth Management use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for real-world business problems.
• Build and enhance Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions, including Semantic Search and intelligent knowledge retrieval systems.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using enterprise knowledge sources.
• Contribute to the development of Foundation Models and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions utilizing proprietary business data.
• Build and enhance Agentic AI solutions leveraging modern AI orchestration frameworks.
• Participate in the development of Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based integrations and AI services.
• Support the implementation of scalable MLOps pipelines for automated deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI models.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven products and services.
• Analyse complex datasets and develop data-driven solutions to address business challenges.
• Participate in AI model evaluation, performance optimization, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to AI governance, responsible AI practices, and model reliability initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
• Fresh Graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong academic background with a passion for AI, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
