We are looking for graduates with a winning attitude to join our Singapore office, supporting our commercial shipping and marine teams.

You'll learn to manage client relationships, work with high-performing colleagues, and develop the skills to become a trusted maritime recruitment consultant.

What You'll Do

• Learn to manage recruitment assignments for mid-to-senior level roles in shipping and maritime.
• Develop relationships with clients and candidates across the APAC region.
• Support the full recruitment cycle: job briefs, candidate search, interviews, and offer management.
• Build expertise in maritime recruitment and position yourself as a valued industry partner.

Who We're Looking For

• Recent graduate in maritime, business, logistics, or a related field.
• Any experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and client-first mindset.
• Ambition, resilience, and a winning attitude - the right behaviours matter more than prior recruitment experience.
• Enthusiasm to learn, grow, and progress into a high-reward career in maritime recruitment.
