Responsibilities
- Perform new product lab test, customer environment qualification and integration.
- Responsible for on-site survey, supervise, testing, commissioning and maintenance of network. Project delivery / solution implementation, in coordination with customer and / or cross-functional team members internally. May be involved in the technical proposal of new network presales stage.
- Perform system configuration and testing, end-to-end integration testing and interoperability test with operators and / or customers
- Responsible for IT products after-sales support and IT solution reviewing.
- Provide low level IT solution/design to local office/channel partner/key account customers.
- Present technical solution professionally and have technical training for local channel partner and customer.
Account Management & Solution Roles: Account Manager (Carrier Network / Enterprise Business Group), IT Assistant Presales
Responsibilities
- Understand the business scenarios of large and medium-sized enterprises, cooperate with the IT, application architecture of the enterprise, sort out and analyze the existing IT architecture of the customers, and promote the landing, implementation and delivery of the design solutions provided by the pre-sales architects
- Responsible for assessing, clarifying, and validating the customers needs on regular basis & maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings
- Responsible for new sales opportunity development and sales project operation
- Product solution and technical presentation.
- Regularly communicate with key customers (on-site or remotely) to ensure the healthy and stable running of cloud services and improve customer experience
- Design and implement migration solutions, manage and provide technical support for the entire migration process. ]
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in computer science/engineering/telecommunication/information technology with distinction.
- Familiar with mainstream database or middleware, understand the principle of database, and have experience in maintenance, migration or backup for one of the mainstream databases (such as Oracle, mysql or SQL server).
- Be familiar with virtualization architectures such as OpenStack and mainstream public cloud services. Be able to clearly describe their working principles and basic architecture logic. Have a certain understanding of the differences between cloud services of different brands;
