Our 2-year Graduate Programme is designed to give you a holistic understanding of our business, build your technical and leadership capabilities, and immerse you in our collaborative culture. Youll experience:
- 10-week global orientation across Singapore, Oslo, and Aberdeen
- Functional and cross-functional exposures
- Mentorship and buddy support
- Capstone projects as a Cohort

Who Were Looking For
Were seeking students in their final year of studies in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Structural Engineering
- Electrical, Instrumentation & Telecommunications (EIT)
