Skillful and intuitive designer, able to operate with minimum supervision.

Ability to work within project teams, directly under either the Director/Principal, to assist with the efficient and professional delivery of projects.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Following up with the detailed design process and co-ordinating design information
Have a good eye for detail, committed in the delivery of high quality and technically precise documentation.
Able to meet rigorous schedules
Perform other ad-hoc duties/tasks as required
Requirements
Graduate Degree in Architecture
0 to 4 years of working experience
Must be meticulous, a good team player and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast paced environment.
Proficiency in Revit, Illustrator, Naviswork, Sketchup, Indesign, AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam and Newforma
Grasshopper and Enscape software experience a plus
Familiarity with relevant international and local codes and regulations a benefit
Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, planning and documentation skills in English
