Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Clinic Manager to ensure smooth operational efficiency of the clinic.
  • Front Desk Duties: Register patients, answer phone calls, handle enquiries, and assist doctors as required.
  • Cashiering Duties: Collect payments, file relevant claims, and maintain basic bookkeeping.
  • Dispensary Support: Assist in clinical tasks such as ECGs, nebulizer treatments, dressings, minor surgical procedures, and patient triaging.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain adequate supplies of consumables, medications, stationery, and medical equipment; perform stock-taking and organization of stock.
  • Clinic Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of the clinic.
