Your new role
- Collaborate with the project team in the preliminary project phase, participate in requirement research, collect and organize customer requirements, and compile the User Requirement Specification.
- Analyze and interpret user requirements, complete the compilation of the Software Requirements Specification, organize requirement reviews, and take charge of explaining requirements to customers during the review process.
- Conduct research and analysis on requirement changes, compile the Requirement Change Specification, and promote and follow up on the implementation of the requirement change approval process.
- Communicate effectively with the business team to collect and understand business requirements, and translate them into implementable Salesforce solutions. Possess strong requirement analysis and system design capabilities.
- Have a certain understanding of business processes and relevant industries, and be able to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
- Grasp basic project management concepts, and be capable of effectively planning, executing and monitoring Salesforce implementation projects.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or above from a formally-recruited university program, with fluent English listening and speaking skills. Majors in science and engineering such as Computer Science are preferred.
- Salesforce Certifications: Preference will be given to candidates with Salesforce certifications, especially relevant ones including Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
- Be proficient in various Salesforce functions (including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud) and have an in-depth understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Demonstrate strong learning ability and enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, sound logical analysis capabilities and a strong sense of responsibility.
- At least 5 years of Salesforce-related experience, with solid product awareness and skills in business analysis and operational excellence.
- Experience in project or product management is a plus.
- Handle on-site deployment in Singapore.
