Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain data related to BME and M&E Equipment Inventory system.
  • Maintain physical and electronic records to ensure easy retrieval of BEMS information.
  • Manage vendor and users for related matters such as scheduling of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for BME equipment.
  • Manage of Ariba procurement system for both BME and M&E.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed to ensure department runs smoothly.
  • Provide general administrative support as required
