Job Description: Google Data and AI Architect (Pre-Sales)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Google Data and AI Architect for a Pre-Sales role. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of professional experience in data architecture, analytics, and AI/ML solution design, with a strong background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) OR other Hyperscaler's like AWS and Azure.

. This role involves collaborating with sales teams and clients to design, propose, and present cutting-edge data and AI solutions that drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and qualify data and AI opportunities on Google Cloud.

. Engage with customers to understand their business challenges, data landscape, and technical requirements.

. Design end-to-end cloud-native data and AI architectures leveraging Google Cloud technologies such as BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow, Dataproc, and Pub/Sub.

. Lead technical discussions and workshops with clients to demonstrate the value of Google Cloud solutions.

. Prepare solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation for client engagements.

. Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes to showcase solution feasibility and value realization.

. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery.

. Stay updated with Google Cloud innovations, best practices, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Experience

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

. 10+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or AI solution design.

. Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow, Dataproc, AI Hub, Looker), OR similar in AWS and Azure.

. Experience designing data pipelines, machine learning workflows, and real-time analytics solutions.

. Hands-on knowledge of Python, SQL, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is a plus.

. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

. Experience in pre-sales, consulting, or solution architecture roles.

. Google Professional Data Engineer or Cloud Architect certification preferred.
