Responsibilities (Includes but not limited to):
. Manage the day-to-day front desk operations, including opening and closing of the golf counter.
. Register golfers and process bookings, tee-time reservations, and cancellations accurately.
. Handle payments for golf, and other golf-related services.
. Respond promptly and courteously to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
. Verify and record golfers handicap details as required.
. Maintain accurate records of daily play, bookings, and financial transactions.
. Update social media platform on suspension and resumption of play during inclement weather
. Provide administrative support and assist in event coordination when needed.
. Ensure the reception area is neat, professional, and stocked with relevant materials (scorecards, registration forms, etc.).
. Support other golf operations and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Entry Requirements:
. Secondary and above with minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
. Conversant in English and one other language
. Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
. Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
