Your Job
As a Global Transportation Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening Molex's transportation operations across Asia. This role ensures reliable service performance, drives digital and process improvements, and supports operational excellence through better data accuracy, compliance, and standardization. You will partner closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, CoE teams, and external logistics providers to improve visibility, leadtime reliability, and overall network efficiency.
Our Team
You will join the Global Transportation Partner Management team, working alongside global procurement, transportation experts, plant logistics teams, supply chain hubs and external suppliers. Our team collaborates across regions to deliver highperforming, costefficient, and digitally enabled transportation solutions.
What You Will Do
- Monitor and improve compliance for SAP, TMS, and trade/customs processes; deliver training and update SOPs.
- Lead or support digitalization initiatives, including analytics, automation, and TMS improvements.
- Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities and report measurable savings.
- Build strong working relationships with forwarders and 3PL partners; conduct monthly business reviews.
- Support Molex procurement initiatives focusing on cost reduction and sourcing activities, including contract logistics and trucking in Asia.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Businessrelated discipline.
- 10+ years of supply chain experience, including at least 5 years in transportation management.
- 3+ years of experience managing crossregional operations or projects.
- Experience in transportation leadtime management and process analytics.
- Proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking customers and collaborate with counterparts
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience working with global or regional teams.
- Largescale project management experience.
- Working knowledge of SAP and/or Transportation Management Systems.
- Experience in the forwarding industry, contract logistics, and strong market insights.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as PowerBI, PowerApps, and automation platforms.
