KOTRA (Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency), a government-affiliated organization promoting international trade and investment, is currently inviting global professionals to join its Advanced & High-tech Industry Talent Pool.

This initiative aims to connect outstanding talent with innovative companies and research institutes in Korea's key industrial sectors.

Fields of Interest

We are building a talent pool across Korea's key strategic industries, including:

Semiconductors – process engineers, device/design engineers, equipment specialists

Secondary Batteries (EV/ESS) – cell R&D, materials scientists, battery management systems

Biotechnology – bioprocess engineers, clinical/regulatory affairs, genomics researchers

Displays – OLED/QD process engineers, optical engineers

Robotics – controls engineers, mechatronics, autonomous systems

Defense Industry – systems engineers, avionics, precision manufacturing

Artificial Intelligence (AI) – ML engineers, data scientists, NLP/vision researchers

Future Mobility – autonomous driving, EV powertrain, UAM engineers

Selected candidates may be considered for potential opportunities with Korean companies and research institutes in South Korea, as well as Korean companies based in Singapore.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of formal work experience
• A Master's or PhD in a relevant field (such as engineering, biotechnology, computer science, etc.) is highly desirable
• Interest in pursuing career opportunities with Korean companies in South Korea or Singapore
• Willingness to relocate to South Korea if required
