Responsibilities:
- Create and publish engaging bilingual content (English + Chinese) across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, with a focus on short-form video
- Localize content for Southeast Asia markets (Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar), ensuring cultural relevance and audience engagement
- Plan and manage content calendars aligned with campaigns, course launches, and seasonal themes
- Day-to-day social media operations, including posting, replying to comments/messages, and community engagement
- Conceptualize and produce short-form videos that teach practical Chinese for real-life use(e.g., daily conversations, workplace communication, cultural tips)
- Monitor content performance (views, engagement, conversions) and continuously optimize content based on insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and drive user acquisition across SEA markets
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- 2-3years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation(fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered)
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for at least one Southeast Asia market (e.g., Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines)
- Strong proficiency in English, with the ability to create clear and engaging content
- Proficiency in Mandarin to create and manage Chinese-language content for target audiences
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video content trends
- Ability to localize content for different cultures and audiences within Southeast Asia
- Experience managing end-to-end social media operations, including posting, engagement, and basic analytics
- Familiarity with content performance metrics (e.g., views, engagement rate, conversions)and ability to optimize content accordingly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, content-driven environment
