Purpose:

This role operates with a truly global mindset; the Global Senior Brand Manager will lead the strategic direction of Blackmores Women's Health & Beauty portfolioone of the most significant and complex categories within the business. This role is central to driving long-term growth through the development and execution of a robust strategic marketing plan that spans product, category, and market strategies.

With responsibility across 3 regions: Australia & New Zealand (ANZ), Greater China Region (GCR) and South East Asia & Korea (SEAK), this is a unique opportunity to influence the performance of an iconic Australian brand as it continues to expand internationally. This role reports to the Global Head of Marketing Healthy Aging, Women's Health & Beauty based in Sydney and is a people management role of two members (one based in Sydney and one based in Singapore). This role is open for someone based in Singapore or Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Women's Health & Beauty Consumer Growth Pillar (CGP) vision and strategy across all global markets.
  • Own the innovation and communication roadmap, delivering consumerled, scalable initiatives that address key needs and unlock longterm growth.
  • Drive strategic segment leadership, including segment design, architecture, and portfolio scaling across 13 international markets.
  • Oversee endtoend project management of major Women's Health & Beauty innovation, communications, and research programs.
  • Lead global crossfunctional teams, fostering strong partnerships and collaboration to deliver innovation programs at scale.
  • Influence stakeholders across cultures and time zones, working effectively without formal authority to secure alignment and outcomes.
  • Manage and develop two direct reportsa Global Brand Manager and a Global Assistant Brand Managersupporting their growth, capability building and performance.
  • Serve as the Global's subject matter expert for the Women's Health & Beauty segment, providing strategic guidance to internal partners.
  • Demonstrate highlevel influencing and relationshipbuilding skills to establish credibility and ensure delivery of key initiatives.
  • Apply strong strategic thinking, translating global trends into actionable opportunities and executable market plans.
  • Maintain a resultsoriented mindset, prioritising ruthlessly to deliver against clear KPIs aligned to global strategic objectives.

Who are you

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or Business Studies.
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience in marketing, mainly in brand management as a Senior Brand Manager with regional and/or global coverage, coupled with people management experience of at least 2 years or more within FMCG (beauty/ skincare category preferred) and/or consumer healthcare sectors.
  • Proven ability to lead portfolio strategy development and portfolio management
  • Experience in leading NPD projects through the innovation process
  • Ability to lead communications campaign to support local market adaptation
  • Understanding of multiple markets and their consumers. Someone with a strong cultural awareness and ability to operate within various cultural environments will thrive in this role.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen and working knowledge of business financials
