We are looking for a Global Sea Logistics Reefer Trade Manager - Perishables & Healthcare, based in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for pricing, procuring, and optimizing Sea Logistics solutions for our perishable and healthcare customer portfolio. You will work closely with the Global Reefer Trade team, Kuehne+Nagel branches, customers, and ocean carriers to ensure competitive offerings and seamless execution.
This position requires strong experience inocean shipping and pricing, combined with the ability to thrive in an international environment. You will also act as a key escalation point for carrier-related matters across the region, driving both business growth and operational excellence.
Drive Kuehne+Nagel's Reefer growth ambitions by engaging actively with business units.
Execute carrier strategies in alignment with Global Reefer Trade direction.
Serve as the regional escalation point to support branches with carrier allocation and operational challenges.
Prepare, participate in, and monitor outcomes of carrier negotiations.
Manage tenders from preparation through analysis and execution.
Administer carrier allocations and contracts.
Track carrier performance versus targets, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Conduct market analysis and prepare statistics to support trade development.
Proven experience in Seafreight Reefer logistics (essential) in Trade Management and/or Reefer Logistics
Academic degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent education (preferred).
Strong operational and/or commercial background.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally.
Fluency in English (mandatory) additional languages are a strong advantage.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously develop.
