  • Lead and deliver a cohesive global sales strategy across regions.
  • Inherit, lead, and coach a geographically dispersed sales team
  • Build strong client partnerships while driving innovative commercial solutions.

What you'll do

You'll take ownership of global sales direction-aligning strategies with business goals, guiding regional teams, and ensuring consistent execution. You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders, maintain CRM discipline, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and accelerate both retention and new business.

  • Develop and execute global sales plans aligned to P&L objectives.
  • Identify new markets and drive international expansion.
  • Align regional teams under one unified commercial strategy.
  • Lead, coach, and support a geographically dispersed sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting (NetSuite).
  • Support tender submissions, client presentations, and presales efforts.
  • Build long-term customer relationships that fuel recurring revenue.
  • Work with technical and operational teams to optimise market access.
  • Frequent travel across three regions and ten markets.

What you bring

You're an experienced sales leader with success across APAC/EMEA markets. You've led regional or global teams, hit ambitious revenue targets, and built strong commercial functions. Experience in solutions-led or technology-enabled industries is highly advantageous.

  • Proven track record leading regional/global sales teams.
  • Experience within solutions-driven or technology-enabled environments.
  • Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and CRM capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities.
