As part of our strategic expansion, we are excited to announce the development of our own in-house sourcing hub, designed to streamline our recruitment processes and enhance our talent acquisition capabilities. In line with this initiative, we are seeking motivated interns who have a keen interest in the field of recruiting and are eager to deepen their understanding of the intricacies involved in talent identification and acquisition.
Roles & Responsiblities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand hiring needs and qualifications required to source for open positions.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidate pools and sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles across different markets and platforms.
- Engage with prospective candidates via emails, social media, and phone calls to introduce job opportunities and assess initial interest.
- Support referral initiatives and creative outreach campaigns (e.g. campus recruitment) to expand talent reach.
- Leverage on internal tracker to measure and report on how well sourcing strategies are performing (e.g. conversion rates), and turn these findings into recommendations that tighten up the sourcing funnel.
Qualifications
- Currently an undergraduate or master's degree student in Human Resources or its equivalent.
- Ideally with prior recruitment and/or sourcing experience with exposure to Boolean searches.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in gathering and analysing information, and ability to identify problems through the information.
- Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns. Great teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast-learning ability.
- Require bilingual proficiency as communications and materials are regularly shared in both English and Mandarin with the global and China HQ teams.
