Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1.Global Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and iterate global recruitment strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, with a particular focus on executive recruitment frameworks to meet critical leadership talent needs across regions.
  • Design end-to-end recruitment processes for executive and key positions, including talent mapping, executive confidential search, interview evaluation, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of global recruitment initiatives, optimize recruitment channels (executive search firms, professional networks, internal referrals, etc.), and improve the efficiency and quality of executive talent acquisition.

2.Executive Recruitment Leadership

  • Take ownership of executive recruitment projects, conduct in-depth talent market analysis for senior roles, identify and engage passive executive candidates globally, and build long-term relationships with high-potential leadership talent.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, the Global CHRO, and the Founder to clarify executive role requirements, develop competency models for senior positions, and provide professional recruitment insights to support critical hiring decisions.

3.Recruitment Efficiency & Compliance Management

  • Track and analyze global recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, especially for executive roles) to identify improvement opportunities and optimize recruitment processes continuously.
  • Ensure global recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and regulations (especially Singapore's employment policies) and the company's code of conduct, maintaining high ethical standards in executive search and recruitment.
  • Introduce and optimize global recruitment technologies (ATS, talent analytics tools, etc.) to enhance the digitalization and data-driven capabilities of the recruitment function.

4.Talent Market & Industry Insights

  • Stay abreast of global talent market trends, especially in executive talent supply and demand, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices in target industries, providing strategic recommendations to the HR leadership team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners (executive search firms, industry associations, professional networks) to expand the company's executive talent pool and enhance brand visibility in the global talent market.

Requirements

1. Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • At least 10 years of progressive recruitment experience, with 5+ years of dedicated executive recruitment experience (C-suite, senior management roles) in multinational companies.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-border recruitment projects, with hands-on experience in APAC talent markets (familiarity with Singapore's local talent market and employment regulations is a strong plus).
  • Familiar with executive search methodologies, talent mapping techniques, and global recruitment best practices; experience working with executive search firms is a strong plus.

2. Core Competencies

  • Exceptional executive recruitment expertise: Ability to identify, attract, and secure top-tier executive talent, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills for executive-level hiring.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to align global recruitment strategies with business goals, anticipate leadership talent needs, and develop proactive recruitment solutions.
  • Cross-cultural collaboration: Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-border teams, business leaders, and candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • High ethical standards: Demonstrated integrity in executive search and recruitment, ensuring compliance and confidentiality in all hiring activities.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
