Responsibilities:
- Lead and continuously enhance the global Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with international standards, customer requirements, and corporate policies.
- Drive standardization and harmonization of quality processes across global manufacturing sites, design centers, and business functions.
- Own and lead the global internal audit program, including risk-based planning, execution, and consistent audit methodologies.
- Ensure effective identification, escalation, and closure of non-compliance issues through robust CAPA management.
- Oversee manufacturing and design quality compliance, ensuring adherence from product development through to production.
- Foster a strong culture of quality and compliance by coaching leaders and building organizational capability across regions.
- Establish and report key quality metrics and insights to senior leadership, supporting strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 15 years of experience in QMS/Quality
- Regional / Global exposure
- Strong Leadership
