Lead and continuously enhance the global Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with international standards, customer requirements, and corporate policies.
Drive standardization and harmonization of quality processes across global manufacturing sites, design centers, and business functions.
Own and lead the global internal audit program, including risk-based planning, execution, and consistent audit methodologies.
Ensure effective identification, escalation, and closure of non-compliance issues through robust CAPA management.
Oversee manufacturing and design quality compliance, ensuring adherence from product development through to production.
Foster a strong culture of quality and compliance by coaching leaders and building organizational capability across regions.
Establish and report key quality metrics and insights to senior leadership, supporting strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering
At least 15 years of experience in QMS/Quality
Regional / Global exposure
