Global Project M&E / MEP Engineer – Semiconductor Cleanroom (Germany / Japan)

Job Overview

We are hiring experienced M&E / MEP Engineers for international semiconductor cleanroom projects in Germany and Japan.

The ideal candidates must have direct semiconductor FAB or cleanroom project experience, strong hands-on site management capabilities, and professional working proficiency in Mandarin and English.

Job Locations:

• Germany
• Japan

Nationality: Malaysian citizens only.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise M&E / MEP installation works within semiconductor cleanroom facilities.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and process piping subcontractors.
• Monitor site execution, installation quality and project progress.
• Conduct site coordination meetings and resolve technical clashes.
• Ensure compliance with semiconductor cleanroom standards and safety requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports and monitor project milestones.

Technical Requirements

Candidates must possess experience in at least ONE of the following:

Mechanical

• HVAC / ACMV
• FFU
• Chillers / Cooling Towers
• CDA / UPW
• Exhaust Systems

Electrical

• HV / LV Power Distribution
• UPS / Generators
• FMCS / BMS
• Cleanroom Lighting
• Fire Alarm Systems

Process Piping

• High Purity Gas
• Specialty Chemicals
• UPW
• Process Waste
• Process Vacuum

Mandatory Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or related Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on M&E / MEP site management experience.
• Direct semiconductor FAB or cleanroom experience is compulsory.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Willing to relocate to Germany or Japan.

Salary & Benefits

Starting from €4,500 gross per month, negotiable based on experience.
