Role Purpose / Summary
- Support the Chorus projects related to Space Control by registering all necessary business requirements into the development items.
- Study any improvement ideas with the business users and manage its SR/CR of the system enhancement working together with the Product Owner and the Technical Architect.
- Manage various projects within the process of Space Control to accelerate the process standardization and materialize the yield management DX plan ( - e.g., BEAR, SNOW, Account Plan, etc.).
- Implement the overall process review so that the process of Space Control could be fully aligned with the business requirements.
- Collaborate and communicate with the Regional BPM/BPIT teams as if a bridge beyond locations for info sharing, any process improvement activities, etc.
