About the Role
We are looking for a senior PR professional to lead the company's global public relations and reputation strategy across key international markets. You will shape corporate narratives, build strategic relationships with leading financial and business media, manage high-impact communications and crisis situations, and strengthen the company's reputation across the financial and fintech sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global PR strategy, aligning corporate communications with business objectives and strengthening the company's reputation across international markets.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with leading financial and business media, industry analysts, economists, thought leaders, and relevant industry organisations.
- Lead communications and reputation management during major issues and crisis situations, including risk assessment, stakeholder coordination, official communications, and response planning.
- Drive high-impact PR initiatives including brand campaigns, product launches, executive profiling, industry publications, and strategic events, while supporting senior leadership with media engagement and communications.
- Coordinate global PR resources across agencies, local media, partners, and regional teams, ensuring consistent global messaging while adapting communications strategies to local market needs.
- Partner with Marketing, KOL/Social Media, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to ensure external communications are accurate, consistent, aligned with brand strategy, and appropriate for the financial services industry.
What We're Looking For
- 8–10+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or reputation management, including at least 3 years in financial services, fintech, investment, or relevant professional services.
- Strong financial and corporate communications expertise, with an understanding of regulatory considerations, investor communications, market sensitivities, and reputational risk.
- Established media and industry relationships, particularly with leading financial and business media, with proven experience leading global or international PR initiatives.
- Excellent strategic thinking, judgement, communication, stakeholder management, and crisis management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure situations and across multiple markets.
- Strong written and spoken English with the ability to manage international media engagement, negotiations, presentations, and written communications. Experience with media monitoring, social listening, SEO/GEO, or reputation intelligence tools is advantageous.
