About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for users of our AI mobile applications. Your primary responsibility is to manage user feedback, resolve inquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups that reflect our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's public relations strategy to enhance brand image and market awareness.
- Serve as one of the company's spokespersons, managing overall media relations, including media communication, press release distribution, and media event management.
- Monitor, analyze, and manage public sentiment, formulating effective response strategies to safeguard the company's reputation.
- Proactively identify and expand B2B partnership opportunities, establishing strategic collaborations with potential technology and business partners.
- Be responsible for the evaluation, negotiation, and end-to-end support of technical platform collaborations and business-related procurement, ensuring partnerships align with company strategy and compliance requirements.
- Assist in driving cross-regional and cross-departmental external cooperation projects, ensuring business synergy and resource integration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields; preference will be given to candidates with overseas study or work experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in public relations, external cooperation, business development, strategic procurement, or related fields; experience in the technology industry or B2B services is preferred.
- Proficient in English and Chinese, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, capable of handling professional business negotiations, document drafting, and public speaking.
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills, adept at working effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities, capable of advancing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strategic thinking and business acumen, able to translate partnerships into tangible business outcomes.
- Deep understanding and adaptability to cross-cultural work environments.
