Oversee group-related payment infrastructure projects (e.g. iFAST Bridge) across all iFAST entities (iFAST Global Bank, IFAST wealth management platforms & IFAST Pay platforms)
Assist in gathering project requirements for system development, managing scope, timeline, risks, and issues, while overseeing the full project lifecycle from development to testing and deployment
Work with respective local payments teams on funding requirements and support the bank's treasury team in managing regional floats and liquidity across various nostro accounts to serve iFAST Group entities
Design and implement robust processes (e.g. standard operating procedures) to enable smooth intra-group FX and cross-border payment flows
Monitor and optimise intra-group settlements, ensuring timely and cost-efficient payments
Support FX-related activities, including monitoring of in-house FX positions and risk threshold, as and when required by IGB Treasury
Act as a central liaison point for resolving intra-group payment issues or reconciliation
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree (IT-related fields, or Business/ Finance)
Experience with iFAST systems and plaforms
Knowledge or familiar with existing settlements, payments or treasury function is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous and well-organised, with ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures from ground up and to also to respond to funding requriements as and when necessary
Ability to work independently and deal with multiple departments across different regions
