Key Responsibilities
- Provide empowering and motivational leadership and management of nominated direct reports to ensure optimal performance, resourcing, retention and professional development and building of a global operations support team (virtual community or one with critical bases in Singapore and other key countries).
- Facilitate consistent and comprehensive support as well as checker function for project set up/maintenance/closure and billing initiation along with resolution of timesheet issues/inquiries as well as utilisation in relation to SAP.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, measurement and continual improvement of operational processes throughout the Group, particularly in relation to project performance monitoring, pipeline health as well as resource forecasting and allocations.
- Build a global operations construct, with an appropriate balance of oversight and empowerment/accountability at the Business Lines. Cultivate and maintain relationships to bolster collaboration, promote a unified approach to change and continuous improvement to foster cohesion across the Group, Business Lines and Regions.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years experience across operations, business/project management, and finance
- Strong experience in business and project performance, finance, accounting, and operations within a corporate environment
- Proven capability in business planning, financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting
- Demonstrated people management and operational leadership experience
- Ability to harmonise and align global operational practices and support ERP system integration, including process automation and straight-through processing
- Able to deliver quality outcomes in a fast paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong ability to manage and lead high performing teams
- Well developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a culturally diverse, multi-disciplinary environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills
- Proficient in financial report preparation
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Collaborative and professional work style
