About the Role
This role will be instrumental in shaping scientific engagement, ensuring regulatory and promotional compliance, and building strong relationships with global experts globally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Research, Commercial, Regulatory, Quality and Manufacturing teams.
- Provide expert scientific and clinical support on product-related topics and therapeutic trends to internal teams and external professionals.
- Review and approve promotional materials and product claims to ensure scientific accuracy, fairness, and compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external experts and global Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather insights and foster scientific partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements in collaboration with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and other internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Regulatory, Quality, and Compliance teams to prepare documentation for regulatory submissions and support inspections/audits.
- Contribute to clinical marketing plans and serve as a liaison for clinical outreach and engagement.
- Provide medical, clinical, and scientific input for product labeling and promotional content.
About You
You are a seasoned Medical Affairs professional with global experience and a strong background in consumer healthcare. You bring strategic thinking, scientific expertise, and a collaborative mindset to everything you do.
- 5-10 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the consumer healthcare industry.
- Proven global experience working across markets and functions.
- Strong expertise in professional engagement and KOL management.
- Experience in copy approval and claims substantiation.
- Subject matter expertise in a relevant therapeutic area.
- Advanced degree in a scientific or medical field (e.g., MD, DDS, PhD, PharmD).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional global environment.
