About the team
Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a new infrastructure for the expansion of ecological boundaries.
Strategy Development & Planning.
- Develop global media strategies aligned with business priorities such as brand building, user acquisition, and monetization.
Media Mix Management & Execution.
- Manage a diverse range of media channels, including traditional media, digital media, social media, streaming platforms, live platforms, and influencer/KOL partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration.
- Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Content, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure media initiatives are integrated with content strategies, product plans, and campaign objectives.
Data Analysis & Optimization.
- Leverage internal and external media data, as well as third-party market/media research, to understand user behavior and media trends.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, conversions, retention, watch time, and monetization impact.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Media, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in media strategy, media planning, media buying, or cross-regional media operations.
- Direct experience developing media strategies in global or at least 2 regional markets (especially North America, Europe, Middle East, Japan/Korea, Southeast Asia).
- Strong familiarity with multiple media formats: traditional (TV, radio), digital (social media, streaming), with direct ownership or execution of activities with at least 2 media formats.
- Advanced analytical skills and quantitative mindset, with a proven track record of applying analytics and BI tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BI dashboards, media research platforms) to define KPIs, conduct performance analysis, and drive measurable business or results.
Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple media projects/markets simultaneously.
- Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and highly attuned to global media trends.
- Strong teamwork and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
