Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & AUM Growth
Drive business development and revenue growth by acquiring and managing professional investors, institutional clients, intermediaries, and sophisticated investors across Taiwan and Greater China, while strengthening existing client relationships.
Advisory
Provide market insights, product ideas and execution solutions across equities, fixed income, structured products and other capital market products.
Market Insights & Ideas
Provide clients with timely and relevant market insights, trade ideas, and investment strategies tailored to their needs and risk profiles.
Collaboration
Collaborate with research, trading, and product teams to deliver comprehensive investment and capital market solutions.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure strict compliance with MAS regulations, cross-border guidelines, FATCA/CRS, and AML requirements.
Client Reporting
Maintain client engagement, business pipeline and sales activity records to support business development.

Requirements

Education
Degree holder in finance, business, economics, or related discipline.
Experience
5+ years of proven experience in institutional sales, capital markets, securities brokerage, wealth solutions, or client relationship management, with a strong track record in business development and revenue generation.
Licensing
CMFAS qualifications with a valid MAS Representative License.

Skills
- Strong knowledge of capital markets, including equities, fixed income, funds, structured products, and other investment solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize key initiatives across a broad range of opportunities and relationships.
- Self-motivated, driven, and committed to excellence.
- Mandarin proficiency preferred (to cover Taiwan / Greater China clients).
