Our client, a leading global consumer brand is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive brand strategy across global markets. This role partners with sales, distributor, and cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns, new product launches, and long‑term brand growth.
The role is based in Singapore.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and lead international marketing plans that align with business priorities.
- Oversee agency partners across PR, social, and creative to deliver consistent, high‑impact campaigns.
- Translate consumer insights and market data into actionable strategies and innovation opportunities.
- Drive new product launches, packaging development, and sponsorships with a focus on ROI.
- Build and mentor a high‑performing marketing team.
- Track business performance and provide data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 7–10+ years in brand management or consumer marketing, ideally within FMCG/CPG.
- Strong expertise in digital/social media, PR, consumer promotions, and syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen).
- Proven project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working across international markets and cross‑functional teams.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or Chinese language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel globally.
