Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Global Marketing Development Manager. The role involves developing and implementing global marketing strategies to expand the King Coffee brand in international markets. The candidate will oversee market research, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive global campaigns. Responsibilities also include managing partnerships, evaluating the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and contributing to the global branding and revenue growth of TNI KING COFFEE.
Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing, Branding, and Content Marketing, with a strong ability to develop and execute global strategies.
- Proficiency in Market Research, Consumer Behavior Analysis, and Identifying International Business Opportunities.
- Leadership skills with team management experience, including collaboration across diverse markets and cultures.
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building abilities.
- Experience in Data-Driven Decision Making and Evaluation of Marketing Campaign Effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in the beverage industry or FMCG sector is a plus.
- Knowledge of global coffee markets and trends is advantageous.
