We are seeking a Global Lead Nurture Manager to join our Global MarCom Headquarters team based in Singapore. This role is pivotal in architecting and scaling Hioki's end-to-end lead nurturing and lifecycle marketing strategy across Asia Pacific and global markets. As we accelerate our digital transformation, you will lead the design and execution of integrated, data-driven customer journeys-from awareness through conversion to retention-ensuring consistent engagement, stronger qualification, and measurable pipeline impact.
Working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and digital platforms, you will drive segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies that elevate customer experience while improving marketing efficiency and ROI. This role requires both strategic vision and operational excellence to build scalable frameworks that support sustainable growth across diverse international markets.
Role Purpose:
Own the conversion of leads into qualified pipeline (MQLs) by designing intelligent, automated, and personalized customer journeys.
Serve as the bridge between Marketing and Sales, directly impacting pipeline velocity and quality, and eventually manage more than 15 people across the globe.
1. Lead Nurturing Strategy & Journey Design
Design end-to-end nurture journeys across segments: Industry, Application, and Buying stage.
Build structured multi-touch engagement flows including email, content, and retargeting.
2. Marketing Automation & CRM Excellence
Own marketing automation platforms and CRM integration.
Develop lead scoring models (behavioural + demographic) and trigger-based workflows.
Ensure data hygiene and segmentation accuracy.
3. Content-Driven Nurturing
Translate technical expertise into high-value content journeys.
Collaborate with content teams to develop whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and application notes.
Ensure content aligns to buyer intent and funnel stage.
4. Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Develop and execute ABM programs for key accounts and personalize engagement for high-value prospects.
Align closely with Sales on target account strategies.
5. Sales Enablement & Alignment
Finetune MQL criteria and SLA with Sales to ensure smooth MQL handover.
Provide MarCom with lead insights, engagement history, and intent signals.
6. Pipeline Acceleration & Optimization
Identify bottlenecks in lead conversion and improve Lead-to-MQL conversion rates and engagement depth.
Continuously refine nurture logic using performance data.
Strong in marketing automation & CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365) and deep understanding of B2B buyer journey and funnel optimization.
Analytical mindset with a focus on conversion optimization.
Ability to align cross-functionally across global teams (Sales, MarCom, Digital).
AI & Data Focus
Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools and platforms.
Experience leveraging AI-driven lead scoring, segmentation, and customer insights.
Experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Python, SQL, BI tools) or AI-driven dashboards is a plus.
Understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs) and AI-driven personalization engines.
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into marketing strategies and operations.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
At least 10 years of experience in marketing automation, lead management & conversion.
Proven success in designing and scaling lead nurturing and customer journey programs.
Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, lead scoring, segmentation, and workflow automation.
Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies is preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills across global teams.
Experience in technical/engineering-driven industries or Multi-National Corporation (MNC) environments is highly preferred.
