We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to join our Global MarCom Headquarters team based in Singapore. This role is pivotal in architecting and scaling Hioki's digital marketing ecosystem across Asia-Pacific and global markets.
As we accelerate our digital transformation, you will lead the development of integrated, data-driven strategies that elevate brand visibility, optimize customer journeys, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth. You will:
Champion a performance-oriented marketing approach-leveraging marketing automation, analytics, and digital platforms to deliver targeted, personalized engagement at scale.
Work cross-functionally with regional teams and business units, you will ensure alignment between global strategy and local execution, translating market insights into impactful digital initiatives.
Own and scale Hioki's digital-first demand engine, driving high-quality inbound traffic, conversion efficiency, and measurable pipeline contribution through data, platforms, and performance marketing.
This role is not just about campaign execution-it is the architect of a scalable growth system.
1. Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute always-on demand generation programs across search, social, display, and partner channels.
Lead AIO/GEO strategy (AI-driven optimization and global-local alignment).
Optimize full-funnel performance: Awareness → Consideration → Lead Capture.
2. Website & Conversion Optimization
Own the website as the primary conversion engine.
Lead UI/UX revamps with a focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), technical SEO, and site performance.
Deliver localized experiences across regions and implement landing page frameworks for campaigns and New Product Introduction (NPI) launches.
3. Data, Analytics & Martech Integration
Build a single source of truth for digital performance.
Integrate tools across CRM, Marketing Automation, and Web Analytics.
Refine and track key KPIs: Traffic quality (not just volume), Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Conversion Rates (visit → lead).
4. eCommerce & Digital Operations
Lead end‑to‑end eCommerce performance management, driving growth through site optimization, merchandising excellence, and data‑driven experimentation.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to align digital initiatives with commercial priorities and maximize digital revenue contribution.
5. Performance Optimization & Experimentation
Establish a test-and-learn culture.
Run structured A/B testing across Ads, Landing Pages, and CTAs to improve ROI.
Expertise: Strong expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and Martech ecosystem integration.
Customer Journey: Deep understanding of B2B digital funnels and end-to-end customer journey orchestration.
AI Application: Advanced application of AI in marketing, including:
AI-driven campaign optimization and predictive targeting.
Marketing automation and personalization at scale.
Use of generative AI for content, testing, and workflow efficiency.
Commercial Mindset: Data-first mindset with a clear focus on commercial impact (pipeline, revenue, ROI) and digital revenue models.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 10 years in digital marketing, with strong exposure to B2B environments and a proven track record in demand generation.
Systems: Hands-on experience with:
Marketing Automation (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
Leadership: Experience managing global or regional campaigns across multiple markets and strong stakeholder management skills.
Industry Focus: Prior experience in technical, industrial, or engineering-related industries is a strong advantage. Experience within an MNC environment is highly preferred.
