Responsibilities:
Business & General:
- Own the Key Account across all functions and departments
- Create and execute Key Account Plans aligned with corporate strategy
- Represent Key Account needs and align resources globally
- Develop business cases with sound value propositions
- Set and monitor targets for order intake, revenue, and contribution margin
Building Strategic Partnerships:
- Build relationships towards mutually beneficial partnerships
- Develop and deliver robust value propositions
- Build contractual frameworks and manage customer satisfaction
Financial:
- Define commercial strategies and manage financial models
- Achieve sustainable profitable growth
- Drive revenue and volume growth, and secure volume growth from development to high-volume manufacturing
Customer Roadmaps:
- Commercial: Define and drive the aligned commercial roadmap including revenue and margin, new business outlook and organizational implications
- Operations (with site managers: Optimize portfolio & profitability and offer best value to the customer
- Technology (with D&E): Gain insights into customer's long-term needs for Technology and use this input in NTS's Technology development enabling future business
Team Leading:
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional, cross-country non-hierarchical account team
- Manage Key Account Team meetings and ensure execution of KA plans
- Influence stakeholders to ensure required support
- Provide the highest point of escalation for the customer within the Key Account Team
Requirements:
- Degree and above in Engineering or Business Management
- You have extensive experience in working with larger customer and a strong affinity with high-tech
- You have demonstrable a minimum of 5 years experience in key account management in a demanding high-tech environment
- Naturally you have a sense of commerce and excellent communication skills
- You are decisive, pragmatic, hands-on and decisive
- In addition, you are analytically and organizationally strong, customer-oriented and very solution-oriented
- You are willing to regularly travel to (inter)national customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
