The Role:
What will you do
DataAnalysis(SQL,MicrosoftExcel, PowerApps,)
- Prepare data input from various manufacturers, intoDatabase.
- Includes market -based information fromOctoparts,siliconexperts, etc.
- Maintain databasetags for multiple comparison scenarios.
- Analysis of spendper supplier, per manufacturer, trend identification.
- Learningdatabase how database learns how to do it.
Annual/QuarterlyNegotiation:
- Assistincleaning up Dataand preparing database for negotiationsupport.
- Manage Price Implementation Tracker to ensure that the annual price is implemented on time.
AdhocProject Management
- Manage weekly crisis with stakeholders and suppliers
- Drive assigned project to meet the timeline and objectives
What qualifications will make you successful
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, Computing, Mathematics, Physics or Business
- Skills/Systems Knowledge:
- With strong IT background especially on excel or Tableau and/or some programming skills(vba, python, SQL)
- Knowledge of Databasesets SQL, MS Dataverse,vldb
- Knowledge of cloud platforms Azure, AWS,Googleand some of what their tools can offer.
- Passionate aboutstarting something with their skillset, dataset cleanup, analytics andeagerto learn newtools
- Be prepared to developparallelproject to test and implement in abootlegversion for ease of use.
- Think about using AI to improve user experience as well as improving theprocesses.
- Strong communicationskills to effectively communicateglobally
