Envoy Global, our Global team is growing, and we have no plans to slow down! Therefore, we are looking for a
Global Immigration Manager for our
Singapore office, who will oversee the country/regional immigration team. This position demands extensive experience in people management, engaging with clients, and implementing case and internal processes.
As our Global Immigration Manager, you will be required to:
- Serves as the lead for the country/region
- Advise immigration rules to news team and support any adhoc reporting
- Advise strategy for complex cases
- Serves as point of escalation
- Organize and plan OOO cover
- Attend and participate in client calls as needed
- Work closely with AM Pods for any client matters
- Communicate with immigration authorities to clarify guidance notes/request application update and/or escalate applications when immigration authorities fails to meet its processing standard/withdraw applications and/or request refund of government fees
- Manage team's continuing professional development and assessing training requirements
- Review case assessments and initiations to ensure optimal caseload

- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Minimum 5+ years of immigration experience;
- Minimum 2+ years of immigration team lead experience;
- Bachelor's Degree or above
