Job Description

Identify high-value HR transformation opportunities and develop AI-enabled solutions that address workforce, talent, compliance, and employee experience challenges.
Design and evolve a long-term HR AI architecture roadmap aligned with broader digital transformation objectives.
Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, technology assessments, and implementation activities to validate and scale new capabilities.
Develop reusable frameworks, governance standards, and best practices to support sustainable AI adoption across HR functions.
Collaborate with global business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to deliver enterprise-wide outcomes across multiple regions.

The Successful Applicant

Degree-qualified in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Proven experience delivering enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives, including hands-on implementation of AI-driven business solutions.
Strong expertise in large language models, knowledge retrieval frameworks, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and solution architecture.
Experience integrating AI capabilities with enterprise HR platforms, data ecosystems, and workforce management processes.
Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders, drive complex projects, and translate business objectives into measurable outcomes.
