Job Description

Our client is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead Human Resources across India, Singapore, Hong Kong . The role will drive HR strategy, ensure compliance with country-specific employment laws, and oversee the full employee lifecycle while partnering closely with business leaders to support organizational growth. Theideal candidate will have hands-on fluency in day-to-day operations - payroll,statutory compliance, work-pass administration, and employee documentation.
KeyResponsibilities

  • Lead HR strategy and operations across multiple international locations, with hands-on ownership of local execution in each market.

  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, statutory requirements, payroll, and benefits

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement - sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment checks.

  • Oversee compensation & benefits programs, payroll governance (salary processing, overtime, allowances, adjustments for large employee populations), and annual salary review processes.

  • Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, investigations, grievance handling, and dispute resolution in line with statutory requirements.

  • Manage when required Singapore EP, S Pass, and Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and for handling such processes in India and Hong Kong, seek guidance from the relevant colleagues.

  • Develop, draft, and standardize HR policies, employment contracts, confirmation/termination documentation, and the Employee Handbook, ensuring local regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

  • Liaise with government and regulatory bodies (e.g., MOM, CPF Board) and external stakeholders - employment agencies, professional bodies, training providers - on HR and compliance matters.

Education& Experience

  • Preferably Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-country (Mainly Singapore) HR leadership. Candidates with No India/HK HR experience but willing to learn may also apply

  • Prior exposure to the F&B (Food & Beverage) industry is an advantage . Not mandatory

    Job location : Ubi road 1
    Work week : Mon-Fri (should be available on Saturdays in case of contingency)
    Salary : Upto S$ 7k (Open for negotiations)
